When does the 4 weeks start?
Your journey starts when you are ready, once you have taken the steps required to lock in a place, we can organise your first session during your consultation. To keep the quality of our deliverables high, we can only take on 10 new clients per month and this offer won't be available forever, so move fast.
Am I fit enough to do this?
Yes. Regardless of your current fitness level or experience, we will meet you where you are and build you up from there. Our goal for you is sustainable progress. We achieve this by adapting exercises to match your ability in each workout with an eye on your potential. Remember, what doesn't challenge you doesn't change you, but you are in a safe space.
What's the session schedule like?
On weekdays our first session is at 6:30am and our last starts at 7pm. On Saturday we start at 7am, with the final session being 10am.
On Sunday's we rest.
How much is it?
We invest deeply in every client because genuine progress and lasting results require that level of commitment. If you’re serious, motivated, and driven to improve your fitness, health, and confidence, you’ll recognise the value of what’s included and find the pricing more than fair. Details on pricing and getting started will be discussed during your consultation, which you can book once your application is complete.
What happens after the 4 weeks?
We will sit down and assess what you have achieved in a short period of time. If you wish to continue your progress we can discuss membership options. If you wish to continue your journey elsewhere we wish you the best and part ways as friends.
