How do I get started?
Simply fill in the form at the top of this page and we'll be in touch to book a free consultation. During the consultation, we'll discuss your fitness goals, health history, and any concerns you may have. This is also a great opportunity for you to see our facilities and meet the team. After the consultation, you can choose the programme that best suits your needs and schedule your first session. Get ready to transform your health and fitness with us!
What if I'm a complete beginner?
No problem. The 6 week foundation program is designed for all fitness levels, including complete beginners.
We get to know your ability level and your goals in the consultation, so every training session will be tailored to you.
You’ll have coach support at all times so you go at the right pace for you – and build.
How long are the sessions?
Our sessions are usually 55 minutes long.
What if I have an existing Injury?
We’ve got you. A lot of people come to us with aches and pains or an injury history. We’ll discuss all this in your initial consultation, carefully plan your training around any restrictions, and set you on the path to full mobility and strength.
What happens after my 6 weeks?
If you’ve loved your 6 week foundation program, you can easily transition to our inner circle membership.
